Rafael Conzuelo, director of new projects at Grupo Vazlo, said the company's expansion in Aguascalientes will be carried out in two phases. In the first phase, Grupo Vazlo will build a general distribution center for auto parts and a company office building in the Santa Fe Technopark, covering a total area of 31,000 square meters. The completion of the center will enhance the logistics and distribution capabilities of auto parts in Mexico. In the second phase, the company will build a metal parts manufacturing plant in the south of the capital of Aguascalientes. The completion of the plant will increase Grupo Vazlo's production capacity and diversify its products. Currently, Grupo Vazlo has more than 4,300 auto parts in its product catalog, of which 271 are made in Mexico, including engine mounts, gearboxes and dust covers.

Shock absorber springs are commonly used elastic components, widely used in various vibration equipment, with good stability, low noise, good vibration isolation effect, long service life and other advantages. 

     

Automobile shock absorber springs are made of spring steel. Spring steel refers to steel specially used for making springs and elastic elements due to its elasticity in the quenched and tempered state. The elasticity of steel depends on its ability to deform elastically, that is, within the specified range, the ability to deform elastically enables it to withstand a certain load without permanent deformation after the load is removed. Commonly used materials are 55Si2Mn, 60Si2Mn, 60CrMnA with high silicon content (Wsi) (upper limit of 2.00%), with high strength, good elasticity, tempering resistance, good stability, easy decarburization and graphitization, and low hardenability. It is the main type of spring steel, used to make various springs, such as leaf springs, coil springs, cylinder safety valve springs, and some important springs working under high stress and springs with severe wear for automobiles, locomotives, and tractors. 55Si2MnB contains boron, and its hardenability is significantly improved. It is used for front and rear suspension springs and auxiliary springs of light and medium-sized vehicles.
